Only two countries, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Bangladesh, have a lower ratio of GDP to health spending.

According to a UNICEF report, Pakistan is home to 4.2 million orphaned children. While some of these children find a loving home with relatives, many are left to fend for themselves. These children are the most vulnerable members of society and in many cases, are at risk of being exploited.
